TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE (“Terms of Use”)


ARTICLE 1 - INTRODUCTION

5.3 Failure of the Seller to exercise any of its rights referred to in these Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver of the right, nor will it prevent the subsequent use of the relevant right.

ARTICLE 6 - EFFECT AND ACCEPTANCE

6.1 These Terms of Use and the amendments and changes made and/or to be made will become effective and binding after being published on the Website.

6.2 Users irrevocably declare that by continuing to use the Website, they have read all of these Terms of Use, they will abide by the Terms of Use, they understand all the content of the Terms of Use, they accept the Terms of Use unconditionally and unconditionally, they understand and approve their rights and obligations, accept and undertake.
