We ship worldwide. Please let us know if you cannot place an order due to address.

All our products are delivered using trusted carriers such as UPS for international shipments. Please note that delivery costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated on our website or during special campaigns. 

We strive to dispatch your order promptly after payment confirmation, and you can expect to receive your products within an average of 3-4 days.

Payments:

We accept secure payments with Paypal via 2checkout. 

We also accept Turkish payment provider Paytr for secure checkout.

Your payment information will never be saved or seen by us or any third parties.

Returns Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns policy. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following information:

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason or incurring any penalty.    

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a notification to our specified email address (info@deathiseasy.com) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Requirements:

• The product or products must be returned as a whole, including the original box, packaging, and any standard accessories.
• Please provide the invoice sent to you for proper processing of the return.

Return Shipping:

For products returned due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the shipping costs of the return will be covered by the customer.

For products returned due to major defects in the product or a mistake that has been made on our part the shipping costs of the return will be covered by Death Is Easy.

After notifying us of your decision to return the product, please send it back to us within 10 days using UPS, our contracted cargo company. 

Refund Process:

Upon receiving the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 days latest.

The total price paid, including any delivery costs, will be refunded to you using the same payment method used during the purchase.

Please note that certain items are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

• Products that have been defected by the fault of the customer.
• Products with worn out fabric or products that cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.
