Returns Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns policy. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following information:
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason or incurring any penalty.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a notification to our specified email address (info@deathiseasy.com) within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Requirements:
- The product or products must be returned as a whole, including the original box, packaging, and any standard accessories.
- Please provide the invoice sent to you for proper processing of the return.
Return Shipping:
For products returned due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the shipping costs of the return will be covered by the customer.
For products returned due to major defects in the product or a mistake that has been made on our part the shipping costs of the return will be covered by Death Is Easy.
After notifying us of your decision to return the product, please send it back to us within 10 days using UPS, our contracted cargo company.
BUYER'S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1.1 The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
1.2 The right of withdrawal period, in the Contracts regarding the performance of the service, the day the Contract is established; In Contracts for the delivery of goods, it starts on the day the Buyer or the third party determined by the Buyer receives the goods. The Buyer may also use the right of withdrawal within the period from the conclusion of the Contract until the delivery of the goods.
1.3 In determining the period of the right of withdrawal,
a) In the case of goods that are the subject of a single order and delivered separately, the day on which the Buyer or the third party determined by the Buyer receives the last good,
b) For goods consisting of more than one piece, on the day when the Buyer or the third party determined by the Buyer receives the last piece,
c) In contracts where the goods are delivered regularly for a certain period of time, the day on which the Buyer or the third party determined by the Buyer receives the first good is taken as a basis.
1.4 Delivery of the product by the Seller to the carrier is not considered a delivery to the Buyer. In contracts where the delivery of goods and the performance of services are made together, the provisions of the right of withdrawal regarding the delivery of goods are applied.
1.5 The Buyer can make a withdrawal notification to the Seller's e-mail address (info@deathiseasy.com) specified in article 1 within 14 (fourteen) days.
1.6 The invoice sent to the Buyer must be given to the Seller in order for the return to be processed.
1.7 If the Buyer uses the goods in accordance with its operation, technical specifications and usage instructions within the withdrawal period, it is not responsible for any changes and deteriorations that occur.
1.8 The product or products to be returned must be returned as a whole with their box, packaging and, if any, standard accessories.
1.9 The Seller shall return the total price (including the delivery costs, if any) paid to the Seller by the Buyer, to the Buyer, within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest from the receipt of the withdrawal notice. The Seller will make all refunds in one go in accordance with the payment instrument used by the Buyer and without incurring any expense or obligation to the Buyer.
1.10 The shipping cost of the products returned due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the Seller. After using the Buyer's right of withdrawal and notifying the Seller in this regard, the product subject to return must be sent to the Seller via UPS, the Seller's contracted cargo company, within 10 (ten) days at the latest. For sales made abroad, the product subject to return will be sent by the Buyer to the Seller via UPS. In these cases, the Buyer will not pay the shipping fee. The information of the cargo companies that the Seller has contracted for the use of the right of withdrawal and product return are as follows:

1.11 In the event that UPS, which is the contracted cargo company of the Seller, does not have a branch in the place of residence of the Buyer, the Seller shall ensure that the product is received from the Buyer and the Buyer shall not pay the shipping fee.
1.12 The decrease in the value of the received goods or the existence of a reason that makes the return impossible do not prevent the use of the right of withdrawal. However, if the decrease in value or the impossibility of return is due to the Buyer's fault, the Seller must compensate the value or decrease in the value of the goods. Changes and deteriorations that occur due to the habitual use of the goods are not considered as a decrease in value.
1.13 Sub-contracts automatically terminate if the Buyer exercises his right of withdrawal. In this case, the Buyer is not liable to pay any costs, compensation or penal clauses, without prejudice to the changes and deteriorations that occur if the Buyer does not use the goods in accordance with its operation, technical specifications and usage instructions within the withdrawal period.
1.14 The Seller immediately notifies the third party, who is a party to the subcontract, that the Buyer has exercised his right of withdrawal.
CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED
2.1 The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the Buyer in the following cases:
a) Special production products prepared in accordance with the Buyer's requests cannot be returned or exchanged, except in defective cases. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on these products.
b) Contracts for goods prepared in line with the Buyer's wishes or personal needs.
c) Contracts for the delivery of perishable or expired goods.
d) From the goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; Contracts for the delivery of those whose return is unsuitable in terms of health and hygiene.
e) Contracts for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
f) Contracts for books, digital content and computer consumables offered in material environment, if protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package are opened after the delivery of the goods.
g) Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, excluding those provided under the subscription contract.
h) Contracts regarding services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the Buyer.
i) Contracts regarding the services that are started to be performed with the Buyer's approval before the expiry of the right of withdrawal.
